Rental Terms & Payment Details

• Rent Options:

  • $1,300 USD per month for occupancy by 3 people (entire apartment). 450$ for room 1 and 2 and 400$ for room 3.

  • $950 USD per month if rented by 2 people, with one bedroom closed off for extra privacy.

• Payment Method: Flexible options, including cash or bank transfer.

• Deposit: $1,300 USD (in total for all tenants). each tenant pays deposit equal to his mesual rent.

• Utilities: Based on individual consumption, providing control and flexibility for tenants.

Type and Layout

Spacious apartment with three-bedroom apartment with a large front-facing terrace, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional toilet (without a bath). Each of the full bathrooms is privately attached to Rooms 1 and 2.

• Bathrooms:2 en-suite bathrooms connected to Rooms 1 and 2, providing privacy and convenience. 1 additional toilet located outside the bedrooms, suitable for guests or Room 3.

Best option would be to take Bus 60 from Av. Las Heras (2 min from the Apartment), get off in Estacion Belgrano and transfer to Bus 42A that gets you all the way to the University (around 35 min road trip).
