The university is around 35 minutes away by public transport. Fastest option is to take bus line 151A from Cordoba (2 min from the apartment) until Freire Ramon, and then change to Bus 42A straight to the University (around 35-40 route travel).

Nightlife and Dining in Palermo: Located in the heart of Palermo, one of Buenos Aires’ most vibrant neighborhoods. It’s just one block from Avenida Córdoba and three blocks from Scalabrini Ortiz, providing easy access to bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Grocery Stores: Big Dia Supermarket, located in Av. Cordoba 4085 is 4 min walk, far 300 m from the Apartment. Panaderia y Confiteria Armenia, is a recommended traditional Armenian Bakery with Middle east different tastes. It is located around 550m from the apartment (around 7 min).
Parks: Parque Las Heras is around 15 minutes away by bus. It’s a great spot for outdoor activities like jogging, walking, or simply enjoying the greenery.
Gyms: Gimnasio XXL, located at Scalabrini Ortiz 1378, located around 550m (8 min walk) from the Apartment, is a large well-equipped fitness center that caters to a variety of workout needs. Known for its accessible pricing, extensive facilities and groups classes. Alternatively, with multiple branches across Buenos Aires, BIGG Palermo, is also popular gym known for its focus on functional training and a welcoming community vibe with lots of dedicated trainers, clean facilities, and energetic classes. It is ubicated about 1.3 km from the Apartment (around 18 min walk).
Cafes: Juani Café known for its cozy ambiance, delicious coffee, and homemade pastries, ideal for both a quiet coffee break or casual meet-ups. It is located about 350m (around 5 min walk) from the apartment.
Bars: Several street bars in the street of the Apartment – Lavalleja.
Additional Information
Safety: Generally very safe during day and night time, due to the several bars and restaurants around. Always there are some people walking around, especially weekends.

I was there last year and I really loved it. Victoria and Roberto were very very very kind hosts. Her speaking English really helped me when I didn’t speak Spanish at the beginning. And the location of that house is just amazing. It’s a 100% recommendation!
The apartment is in a perfect location—close to Palermo’s nightlife but far enough to be quiet and relaxing.
It’s very well-maintained and comfortable, and the landlords (Victoria and Roberto), who live in the house next door, were very kind, always helpful and available for anything we needed.
