Bedroom 5: This bedroom is in a different floor and is occupied by the house manager. The manager (50 y/o+) is at work most of the day. His main role is to make sure everything is in order. If anything gets broken, something doesn't work he is there to inform the landlord to fix it ASAP. Also there to keep the shared zones in the house clean with the cleaner responsible for the house who comes twice a week. Includes a TV with access to streaming platforms like Netflix (guests need to use their own account)
Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms. 2 private ones for rooms 1 and 4. And one full shared bathroom for rooms 2 and 3.

The house was painted a year ago. The only room that is in a progress of a fresh coat of paint is Room 4.

The university is around 35 minutes away by public transport. Fastest option is to take bus line 151A from Cordoba (2 min from the apartment) until Freire Ramon, and then change to Bus 42A straight to the University.

Security: There is a 24-hour security camera monitoring the exterior of the house.
Safety: Generally very safe during day and night time, due to the several bars and restaurants around. Always there are some people walking around, especially weekends.
House Rules:
No parties are allowed, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11 PM.
Guests are encouraged to conduct meetings in their rooms to avoid disturbing others in the common areas.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house but allowed in the gardens. A €100 fine is imposed if rooms or sheets smell like smoke.
