A staircase leads to a smaller room with a single bed and a pull-out bed underneath, while just a few steps higher there’s a terrace, a guest toilet, a bathroom (without a shower), and another bedroom with a double bed. In total, the house includes one full bathroom and one guest toilet. None of the rooms have a private bathroom, but the layout balances privacy with shared spaces, making it ideal for exchange students looking to live together while enjoying both independence and community. The house covers around 100 m², offering plenty of space for a comfortable shared living experience.
