• Train/ Metro station: The Mitre Line at Carranza (Mtro. Carranza) is far 4 min walk (around 300m) from the Apartment. It operates a different branch that goes between Retiro (the main train station in central Buenos Aires) and José León Suárez, which is another suburb to the north, these stations connects Buenos Aires with outlying areas and suburbs to the north, such as Vicente López, San Isidro, and Tigre.

Distance to Torcuato Di Tella University:

• Several Options:.

  • 1. Take Subte Line D from Ministro Carranza to Olleros, then connect to Bus 42A for direct access to the university in Belgrano (around 35 min Travel time).

  • 2. Walk for 10 min, take Bus line 29A from Campos Luis M. to Libertador and then walk for another 10 min to the University (around 33 min).

  • 3. Walk for 11 minutes, take Bus Line 15 from Campos Luis to Libertador and walk for 10 minutes (Around 40 min Travel Time) – I must mention that based on my experience Bus Line 15 is always late to come and problematic when it comes to stress time.

Within the park, El Rosedal is renowned for its stunning rose garden, featuring thousands of blooming roses, a picturesque lake, a Greek-style bridge, and beautiful sculptures. The park is easily accessible, either by a pleasant walk or by convenient bus routes.

The experience begins with an entry designed to look like a real subway entrance, complete with graffiti and tiles, leading you "down" into a chic speakeasy.

• Shopping and Entertainment: Palermo Hollywood is known for its stylish boutiques and cinemas. Distrito Arcos Premium Outlet is 14 minutes (1.1km) from the apartment, a popular outlet shopping complex. one of Buenos Aires' top shopping destinations, especially popular with both locals and tourists seeking brand-name items at a discount. And a lot of shopping spots in this area.
